Can IKEA fix or replace a leaking tap?

If your tap is leaking and still under warranty, we can replace it for you, provided you are the original purchase. If eligible, we’ll also cover the installation and uninstallation costs.

First, you’ll need to initiate a request for a replacement tap, selecting either the same model or an alternative. We will provide the replacement at no cost to you.

Once you have your replacement, you can arrange for a plumber to install it. If you submit a paid, itemized tax invoice from the plumber, we’ll reimburse reasonable plumbing costs.
