How do I stop my sofa cushion inserts from turning yellow?
Cushion inserts may turn yellow over time. That’s because we avoid using optical brighteners in inner cushions to reduce unnecessary chemical treatments.
The yellowing of cushion inserts may naturally occur over time and only affects the appearance of the cushion insert. This is no longer visble with the covers on. Yellowing of cushion inserts may naturally occur over time due to oxidation or exposure to light. This discoloration is purely cosmetic and does not affect the performance or comfort of the cushion.
Once the cushion cover is in place, the yellowing is no longer visible. Tada!
