Will Creative Fitting contact me before my assembly service appointment?
Information on the communication between Creative Fitting and customers after an assembly service has been booked.
Creative Fitting will assign a crew to complete your assembly after you have confirmed your order and made payment. They will send you an email to confirm your selected date for your assembly. Once confirmed, they will advise of a 2-4-hour window for their expected arrival. Please be aware that the advised time is the arrival time only. Once the crew are on site, they will proceed with the job, but the completion time in many cases will be after the end of the advised arrival window.
If the wish date you selected is not available, Creative Fitting will get in touch to try and arrange an alternative date where someone will be available to attend. If you need to contact Creative Fitting between the confirmation of your booking and their visit, you can contact them directly via email. If an unforeseen issue arises, then Creative Fitting will make contact to update you and look to offer an alternative date/time.
