IKEA Ireland Annual Summary, Financial Year 2025

In 2025, we focused on what matters most: making life at home better for the many people. It was a year of steady progress, launching smarter ways of reaching customers, and continued investment in creating a more affordable, accessible and sustainable IKEA.

Last year saw targeted investments aimed at enhancing IKEA’s accessibility for customers across Ireland. The opening of the Waterford Plan and Order Point, the largest outside of Dublin.

Across our iconic range, a renewed focus on key areas like kitchens, bedrooms and new product launches helped customers create homes that are more functional, more beautiful, and more sustainable than ever. And throughout the year, IKEA continued to transform how it works—developing better customer experiences, strengthening digital tools, and finding new ways to reduce environmental impact.

Together, these achievements shaped a year defined by movement, momentum and meaningful change. Explore the full report to dive deeper into how IKEA is building a better everyday life at home for the many in Ireland.

IKEA Ireland Gender Pay Gap Report

At IKEA, it’s in our DNA to side with the many and champion the few who feel marginalised, because equality is a human right. We are committed to creating a more equal everyday life, both within our business and more widely in society. Understanding and addressing the gender pay gap is an essential part of our journey towards greater equality, diversity, and inclusion.
