How can I cancel or reschedule my Creative Fitting Assembly appointment?

How to make adjustments to, rearrange or cancel your Creative Fitting furniture assembly appointment.

If you need to make any changes to your appointment or cancel it, please contact IKEA Customer Services through the IKEA website Contact Us page.
If you are rescheduling or cancelling more than 48 hours from the appointment, there is no cancellation fee.
If you are rescheduling or cancelling within 48 hours of the appointment, you may be charged a late cancellation fee. Please see the IKEA Service Terms and Conditions for more information.
