How do I book an assembly via Creative Fitting on the IKEA website?

If you don't feel like assembling your IKEA products by yourself, our external service partner Creative Fitting is here to help you! Through Creative Fitting, IKEA offer assembly service to all private customers, allowing you to save time at an affordable price.

Assembling IKEA products should be a fun and hassle-free activity; however, we know that sometimes the time and energy are just not there. In those cases, we are happy to offer a smooth and affordable assembly service to our customers through our external partner, Creative Fitting.
It's super easy to purchase assembly service when purchasing on the IKEA website:
  1. Add the products you want to buy to your shopping bag on the IKEA website.
  2. During check-out, fill in your Eircode and check for service availability.
  3. Book a date and time slot for the delivery of your products and a wish date for when you want the assembly to take place.
  4. Choose how you want to pay for your order and proceed with the payment.
    (Please note that you pay for both the order and the assembly service through IKEA.)
After you have paid for your order and assembly, you will receive a welcome email and an initial booking confirmation from Creative Fitting. They will assign a trained crew to attend on your wish date if available (if not available, Creative Fitting will contact you to offer an alternative), along with a 2 to 4-hour time slot. (Please note this is the arrival time. The job may not be completed by the end of the initially advised time window.) You will be able to communicate with Creative Fitting and vice versa for any required updates or queries.
