Now I know this mattress is on the cheap end, but read some of the reviews and thought should be OK as I’ve had an Ikea mattress for the past 10 years with no problems just gone for a bigger bed. I sleep alone so thought the movement would be OK. However every time I move it’s like being on the sea on a lilo. It wobbles and feels like it carries on wobbling when I stop. And it doesn’t feel remotely firm. I’ll be taking advantage of the 365 day sleep on it policy and exchanging it as soon as I can get it back to store and sleeping in the spare room until then! It gets two stars for price and would be suited for a guest bedroom.
Not firm at allAnonymous reviewerI’ve seen mixed reviews on the firmness. I was looking for a firm mattress and unfortunately this is just too soft. I don’t feel there’s enough resistance at all for those who want a firm feel. There’s plenty of ‘give’ even when you just press down with your hand. At least I can’t feel the springs, as some have mentioned, but maybe this is helped by the mattress topper. I’m sure Ikea used to do proper firm mattresses so maybe this one is faulty. I think I will be replacing this one soon.

I had the older version for about five years (hamervik) and now this one and it’s doing me just fine.
I don’t understand the negative reviews this mattress is comfortable and you lie flat no dips. I personally have gone for the firm as the medium doesn’t have enough support.
This is an excellent mattress and I would happily pay a lot more if needed.
I have recently tried the hope with the pocket sprung stuff and just can’t get on with it at all. Still come back to this mattress
So uncomfortableAnonymous reviewerIve had this mattress for a few years now, I was hoping as I slept on it over time it would soften, but ive found it firm and uncomfortable the whole time. I used to have a Hamarvik mattress which was incredibly comfy but now sadly discontinued. If you prefer a bed on the softer side I would not recommend this bed, I have been very disappointed in it was cannot justify buying a new one soon so stuck with it for the time being

But the mattress is decaying very past for my taste.
Its only been 1y and 8 months and I feel every spring in my back, and they poke at my body.
And, no matter what position I try it is very uncomfortable.
I am deeply disappointed. Theres barely any support left in it. Just a overall bad experience expect for the first few months. Would not buy again.
