Large Glass Storage JarAnonymous reviewerI really love the look and size of this storage jar. I have a few on the shelf now. However the lids are not well fitting and for this reason I have smashed three lids. I keep going in to see if you can buy a lid but you can’t, so I have to buy yet another jar. From a price point it’s not a problem but I find it so wasteful to keep buying yet another jar. Ikea do have lids separately for other jars strangely but not that one. I will not be buying any more for that reason. Hence my 4 star review. I would recommend from a useful and aesthetic view but be aware of the lid fitting.

Terrible Lid!Anonymous reviewerWish I had read the reviews before I purchased. Like many others, I saw the product images with food in the jar and thought it was air-tight. Not only is there no real seal, the lid sits loosely on the jar and easily slides off. I bought it to be a cookie jar, so I will be returning it. Ikea, please make it clear online that this jar is not suitable for food unless you don't mind it going stale.

Designing for the tastes of people around the world
