Attracts dirt like a magnetAnonymous reviewerI really regret buying the VÄNDPLATS rug. While it looks nice in photos, in real use it is extremely impractical.
The rug attracts and holds dust, hair and small debris to an unreasonable degree. I have to vacuum it multiple times a day, and even then it still looks dirty. This is far beyond normal maintenance for a low-pile rug.
The white background makes the issue worse, but the main problem is that the fibres seem to trap dirt rather than release it easily.
This product might work in a very low-traffic area, but in a normal home—especially with children—it is simply not fit for purpose.

I wouldn’t recommend it to someone who has pets though as it needs to be hoovered more regularly ( daily ) as it shows up everything.
