Excellent Anonymous reviewerLove the handle size and feel of this brush. The replacement heads available from IKEA are great (I think the one supplied with the brush isn't quite as good as the replacement ones?). Easy to change heads, they stay put, never had one come loose. They last well.
Bristles Too WeakAnonymous reviewerIt's basically useless. The bristles are so weak that you cannot scrub anything; they just flatten to the surface.
Fab washing up brushAnonymous reviewerNice quality and with replaceable head. Great product.
Good eco purchaseAnonymous reviewerI've had this a few months now and still does the job. Bought a couple spare heads. For £4 I think it's a good deal. I don't use it for hardcore scrubbing, but regular washing up is fine, just make sure you hang it to dry after to extend the brush's lifecycle.
GreatAnonymous reviewerI had a wooden one but the handle got damp and manky quickly; this is much better.
Very weak brushAnonymous reviewerLooks ok but bristles very weak so little cleaning action.
A bit uselessAnonymous reviewerLovely design and great concept. I oiled the wooden head with mineral oil. But after 3 weeks the brush bristles started falling off and mold started developing and there was rot on the wood. I’ve got a picture but I can’t upload to this review.
Without the option to buy replacement heads I can’t reuse the lovey handle. Will not recommend.
Replacement Brush HeadAnonymous reviewerWhen will we be able to buy replacement brush heads in the UK? Otherwise it makes a nonsense os it's environmentally friendly credentials. Great product nevertheless.
No replacement headsAnonymous reviewerI bought this product because I liked the environmentally-friendly concept of replaceable brush heads and no plastic. At first I thought the softer bristles made it easier to scrub without getting splattered, but unfortunately this is to the detriment of longevity and the bristles flatten. Beech was also a poor choice as it is prone to black mould, no matter how carefully you shake & leave it to drain. The brush has had less than one month's light use (we mainly use dishwasher) and the head is already fit for the bin, leaving a perfectly good metal handle. So I look again on IKEA for the replacement brush heads which I presume they must sell. Only they don't!! And the wooden brush head on this product is smaller than those found on similar products, meaning that replacements obtainable elsewhere don't fit the IKEA handle, being too large. This supposedly environmentally friendly product is yet another destined for landfill.
Lovely brush but how do I buy replacement heads?Anonymous reviewerI bought this thinking that the head can be replaced but realized that IKEA doesn't sell them yet
