Care

Wipe clean with a cloth dampened in a mild cleaner.

Wipe dry with a clean cloth.

Rattan: If placed close to a radiator or other source of heat, the material can dry out and deteriorate.

Rattan is happiest in dry, cool environments with an even temperature.

If any part comes loose or is damaged, remove and discard the product.For safety reasons, your cat should not lie inside the house when you carry and move it to another location.

On the contrary, I had to get my first purchase of this product refunded because it was too rough and felt like i was going to get a splinter as i was taking it out of the box, pre-assembly, so i took another batch. My only criticism is i hope all batch would be consistent in terms of finish to avoid return products. All in all, me and my cat both love this product and was worth the purchase.5

As per the usual both my cats have pretended to ignore it. I have tho caught both of them sitting in it, where I then got a side eye… What? They both also like to climb and sit on it. I have left it ready but she will only go in if I leave treats inside for her - after eating them she rushes out. I will persevere as I think it looks so nice - come the autumn she will appreciate it as it is placed by the radiator!4
