Works wellAnonymous reviewerI was put off by the number of bad reviews. However in the end I bought three and am glad I did. Not sure if it is a new addition to the product, but the brackets now have a thin bit of plastic that sits between the cabinet wall and the metal bracket for the drawer. This seem to make the drawer fit well in the brackets. Overall happy with these and the price is cheaper than other places.

Don't fitAnonymous reviewerGot these for my metod cupboards and they don't fit properly. The baskets are always coming off the wheels and falling. Now had to pay out the brackets in certain places to get them to fit a little better. Would be great if they worked as should.

60cm basket doesn't fit 60cm wide cabinetAnonymous reviewerI fitted this basket in a 60cm wide cabinet. I made it fit by using shims at the front of the cabinet to bring the rails out from the cabinet wall. 40cm units work having used those before. Nervous that my 60cm drawers are going to slide off the rails at the front and deposit the contents at the bottom of the cabinet. 40cm good, 60cm not so good

Does what it’s meant to - which is allow access to all the kitchen cabinet especially the back of the bottom shelf. But it occasionally comes off the runner. Easy to slip back on. And the sloping sides mean you lose some space.
The worst part of my new kitchenAnonymous reviewerNearly every element of my new Ikea kitchen has been pretty good.... but these are really poor. They are very sturdy, but the baskets aren't wide enough to run properly on the rails - they're about 8mm or so too narrow... so they derail unless you guide them to keep them dead central. With any weight on them, they fall off. This appears to be a build issue rather than a design problem. If they were the right width, they'd be great. As it is they are pretty poor, and not a good match for what is otherwise a good kitchen. I have now seen other reviews saying the same, so maybe it's bad batches, or maybe they've just slipped in terms of accurate sizing. Either way, they're going to damage the cabinets unless something is done about them.

Frustrated Anonymous reviewerI bought these just over a year ago when fitting our new kitchen. I was using them for pots, pans, and their glass lids. I’ve since taken them out and it’s been used for misc things because the baskets keep coming off of the rollers. The only way it works is if the screws are loose, but then you risk the basket ripping the rail out off the side of the cupboard. I didn’t think to read the 1* reviews because I’ve had no issues with any other ikea product and thought nothing of the poor reviews, stupidly. I’ve tried moving the rails and adjusting them, nothing works and now I have 3 metal baskets and a cupboard I can’t use, I’m out quite a bit of money and now need to buy something else to replace these. IKEA, please discontinue these.
