Nightmare to buy, fit and adjustAnonymous reviewerHave to be collected from a totally separate building and staff instore don’t know how you order/buy them. 50 minutes to buy 2 hinges.
Currently three hours into try to fit the hinges (replacing 110 degree UTRUSTA hinges) and you have to remove the door to adjust the alignment and then the door part of the hinge doesn’t fit onto the cabinet part.
Impossible to complain about instore staff (It’s not my fault, I didn’t design the system) as the complaints page tells you what time the customer contact centre is open but not how to contact them. Currently hating IKEA.1
Very good, though bulky. Anonymous reviewerModerately easy to fit with practice. Clipping it to the receiver plate is a bit blind.
Adjustment is ample, but access to the adjustment screws again is blind.
The quick release is good, but won't work if any of the adjustment screws are at maximum.
The soft-close action is good.
These hinges are just a bit bulky though and can move items inside the cupboard.
However they are still my go to wide opening hinges.

Work well but need room to clearAnonymous reviewerWe have these on a tall METOD unit we use as a pantry - it has these on the door to allow the internal drawers to pull out, and it works very well. Very happy with it there. But just a heads up that these hinges open BOTH forward, and out to the side. We had planned to use them in a floor unit with a door on the outside and internal drawers. However, that cabinet has a wall opposite. I had measured, and with a regular 110 hinge, the door opened with just enough space to not hit the wall. However with this hinge, the hinge pulls the door forward and out when it opens. This meant the door could not open properly open. It hit the wall opposite, and then of course the drawers couldn't open either. We had to redesign this part of the kitchen as a result. Not a fault with the product - just a warning if you have a wall or any other object opposite or next to this (they also open sideways, so you need clearance left/right of your unit also).4
Hinge not a replacementAnonymous reviewerThese hinges were meant to replace hinges bought more than a decade ago but the new hinges would mean having to remodel the tv cabinet and door.
So the hinges will be returned as soon as I can safely get to Ikea

Impressive engineering for the priceAnonymous reviewerI got these to fit a Metod top cabinet. They fit very easily - though the smaller part of the bracket that goes inside the cabinet can be fitted two ways, but only works one way round. They are very well made, and with a high level of adjustability once fitted. Just turning the hinge a ‘notch’ moves the door up or down, making it really easy to level everything.5
