Weak cheap plasticAnonymous reviewerThe rack snapped in half suddenly late one night. Don't waste your money; alternatives are available.
I have regretsAnonymous reviewer1- this is not metal its plastic
2- the attachment points where you slot then screw it together are weirdly shallow, and on the one I had, deformed. Bits broke off and left plastic shards everywhere.
3 - if you hang heavy coats on it, it will bend
4 - since the slot together mechanism never worked properly, it just broke.
5 - I got a refund but I regret the time it took to travel to ikea to purchase this and all the time wasted trying to get it to work.
6 - I’m a big fan of ikea products usually so it is sad when one fails like this

Fragile & UselessAnonymous reviewerBrilliant at everything except holding clothes on hangars. Incredibly fragile joints that break, and not a short term solution (let alone a long term option) if you're looking for one. Buy a metal rail from Amazon and save yourself the bother.

Eventually breaks on its ownAnonymous reviewerIt was perfectly fine at the beginning. This was just disassembled once when we moved to another place. Then we constantly moved this around the flat (it has 2 wheels on the other side so this is supposedly can be moved around). Then one day its small parts suddenly fell off on its own. Now we have to be careful when moving this around since its arms suddenly break apart.

Not the sleek premium product I thought I had paid good money for. You can get a better metal one at Habitat for half the price.
Looked robust but in fact not at allAnonymous reviewerLiked the look of this and thought it would be tough. Had it up for a few weeks max, when it fell over - the plastic on one side sheared off where the top bit joins the top of the forked stand, and on the other side the plastic has cracked but not sheared off. Won't be very stable now, and won't be able to glue it. It was expensive, too. Guess I'll have to somehow lug it back to Ikea and see if I can get a refund.
