Trotted table topAnonymous reviewerTable top is grey not beige! Looks light brown in this image but in real life it’s grey so giving it two stars. Quality of the top is fine.
GoodAnonymous reviewerIt is a bit too early to say as at this stage you cannot comment on longevity but from my initial impression the table top seems what you would expect from chipboard, good for the price point. Light weight, the beige is a very nice change from the usual and gives it a more premium look, all fixing points were bang on, good size range at 70cmx120cm for a small room, the table top appears finished well and paired with the dark legs also from IKEA overall a good buy.
I only have a monitor, keyboard, a mouse and a small lamp set up on the desk and it supports those items fine. I feel to support more weight the legs that go with the desk top needs a central support.
I would like to see just very slightly rounded edges on the desk as the corners are very prominent if the edges are exposed into the room, so could be an issue if you have small children.
Overall at the moment I am very pleased as it looks stylish and is a good size for a smaller room.
Versatile desktopAnonymous reviewerI bought this to cut to fit into a nook in our house. I was delighted with the quality of the surface, and found that the board was easy to cut - with minimal damage to the edges.
Fixing was easy. Although the prepared screwholes were in the wrong place for my application, it was easy to use steel brackets to firmly attach to the wall and pedestal.

Don't botherAnonymous reviewerI knew there was a reason I hate going to Ikea and this is it. Needed a cheap reasonably sized table for my son to do his A-Level revision on and this seemed just the job.
Obviously needed legs and the 'Adils' screw in ones were shown first in the 'frequently bought together' so it's a reasonable assumption that they'll be suitable. Sadly they're not and it's not even possible to drill holes for them as the Trotten top is too thin for the screws. Ikea, it's not a big ask for you to list suitable legs against each table top to help your customers but given my experience at your Croydon store this morning, I'm not in the least bit surprised that you don't.
You really need to try a lot harder and look at things your customers' perspectives rather than just your own.
