It was super easy to put together on my own. It's excellent quality and really sturdy, so perfect for my sewing machine and over locker. So easy to operate and I can have the desk at optimal height, whether sewing or cutting out. There's even enough space underneath it's lowest setting to have a cupboard and drawers for storage.5

Good solid table, but problem with fittingsAnonymous reviewerI bought this table for dressmaking - so the ability to raise and lower it is perfect. It is a good solid table. But, as I have found with some other IKEA products, one of the parts was faulty. In this case, the thread on one of the screw holes in the legs wasn't properly turned, so that it was impossible to get the nut to screw into it. I had to arrange for a new piece to be delivered and then the faulty piece to be collected, which is a pain as you initially have to commit to being in for the whole day to deal with the delivery or collection,4

A very good desk - I like itAnonymous reviewerI've had it for a few weeks now, and I've really really liked it so far. It does get a bit wobbly towards the higher up you go, but nothing too crazy. Setup wasn't too bad either - I managed to do it by myself, but as it was a bit heavy, I'd suggest getting someone to help you out. It doesn't take that long to wind it up/down - I do it maybe once or twice a day, and don't have much to complain about - probably takes about 30 seconds to wind. All in all, a solid purchase and good value for money.5
