ok until it isn't Anonymous reviewerUnfortunately the trays fall through the mid section as sides have become bowed somehow. Tried to speak to customer services but as 1 year guarantee they wont help me. This needs a bracket or something to hold it together in the mid section. 1

Had a slight damage issue with one unit which arrived cracked (ordered online & delivered) but it was sorted quickly and we were very happy with the customer service and all the products. Love ikea.5

Not as sturdy as expectedAnonymous reviewerDue to the height of this unit it's not as sturdy as the other Trofast units unless attached to the wall as per the instructions, there is a definite 'sway'. The quality is also not what it used to be and our unit had considerable damage, both caused by the delivery driver (chipped corners and the side panel cracked in two) and during manufacture (more chipped corners, veneer not applied correctly).
This unit is large but considering it is only four sides and some plastic runners, and not well made, it's overpriced now.
Useful storage but unless you specifically need the higher unit like we did I recommend you get the smaller, cheaper version or the sturdier step shaped one. 2
