The mixer tap insert has hard, durable ceramic discs that can handle the high friction that occurs when you change the temperature of the water.

The tap functions two ways, so you can switch between a concentrated stream and a shower function.

Washing and rinsing are easier thanks to the detachable handspray.

Equipped with check valve to prevent back flow.

If you are uncertain about the installation, contact a professional. The installation shall be made in accordance with valid local building and plumbing regulations.

To be mounted in a 35 mm hole in a max. 50 mm thick sink/worktop.

To have sufficient room to use the handspray there must be at least 55 cm of space between your worktop and wall cabinet.

A tool is included that makes it easy to install the mixer tap in place.

Water and energy saving aerator (9.5 l/min.) for high-pressure systems included.

Connection hoses with dia. 15 mm (1/2") connection included. Length: 35 cm.

Additional aerator for low-pressure system included.

Unacceptable Quality for a Kitchen TapAnonymous reviewer I am extremely disappointed with this tap. After only one week of normal use, the black coating started peeling off in large patches. This is completely unacceptable for a product that is meant to be used daily in the kitchen. It is shocking that a tap with such poor durability was even approved for sale. After reading other customers’ feedback, it’s clear that many people are experiencing the same issue, which shows that this is not an isolated defect but a serious quality problem. I expected much better from IKEA. This product should not be on the market until the coating issue is properly resolved.1

Luckily we’ve not had the same issues many others have reported with the mixer tap, maybe because it isn’t used as the main sink/tap. The problem we do have is that the hose isn’t long or flexible enough and we cannot seem to find out if it can be extended or swapped. 3
Do not buy - poorly executed designAnonymous reviewer This product clearly has a design fault. For the second time, the spray section has come away from the tap. It's a great idea but poorly executed. I just waited 15 minutes to speak to someone in Ikea customer support and when they transferred me to another department, I got cut off. Another 20 minutes wait on the phone...I don't know why they can't do a Chat service - much more reliable. 1

Such a shameAnonymous reviewerFirst tap we had leaked at the handle and scratched when it was looked at!! Ikea kindly replaced the tap with a like for like. The second tap leaked at the handle as well and after 6 months the nozzle that changes between stream and spray fell out, looks to of snapped. Really really poor tap for cost. 1

Material

What is brass?
