This is why manufactured wood is inferior to solid wood. It easily gets crushed and then it’s game over, it will only get worse from there with humidity slowly eating it away

It's also a handy place to put bags when you first come into the house.
Slow assembly but worth itAnonymous reviewerIt took a while to assemble as this has many parts but if you take it slow and double check the pictures it's fine. The end result looks great and has smartened up my hallway considerably. Instead of using it as a bench have placed a large rectangular basket on top for umbrellas/bags.
