Lovely looking lamp, but..Anonymous reviewerIt looks absolutely lovely, I’ve bought one before in my home country and was very happy about it. But when I insert the light bulb, the light bulb is crooked leaning towards one side. I have tried inserting it again but it always ends up crooked, which doesn’t look very nice. It also makes noise when it’s on the lightest setting, and sometimes flickers. So I am thinking to contact customer service about this as it looks like a production issue.

I wanted the mustard yellow version.
The Ikea assistant insisted that I had the right colour when I questioned the picture on the box telling me ‘we only do those in two colours and that’s the one you are asking for.’
When I got home the colour was not what I wanted. I knew the picture of the box was not the mustard yellow version but the Ikea employee insisted it was.
I’m far away from Brighton it will cost me money to exchange this item.
You need to educate your staff and make sure they know what they are selling.
