The clean and sturdy design with several well-thought-out details gives TÄLLÅSEN upholstered bed frame a modern look – easy to combine with other bedroom furniture.
The headboard cover can be easily removed, machine washed and put back on again, so you can always keep it clean and fresh.
The padded headboard is beautiful to look at and comfortable to lean against while reading or watching TV in bed.
The soft grey-green Kulsta fabric with a striped pattern adds character to the bed, while the powder-coated parts are colour coordinated with the fabric to match each other.
The legs are placed on the outer side of the bed frame, adding to the cool and modern look.
Adjustable bed sides allow you to use mattresses of different thicknesses.
There is plenty of room under the bed for storage boxes, perfect when you want to maximise the use of the space.
You can easily vacuum under the bed frame to keep the space clean and dust-free.
A combination of 3 carefully selected foam layers provides support and comfort.
The upholstery on the sides of the bed is not removable or machine washable.
Complete bed frame and mattress included in the price. The mattress, bed frame, slats and midbeam come in separate packages.
All of our mattresses can be used immediately, but keep in mind that a packaged mattress only regains its full shape and comfort after approximately 72 hours. Your body also needs a couple of weeks to adapt to the new mattress.
Sometimes the mattress has a noticeable smell when you open the packaging. The smell isn’t harmful or toxic and disappears over time. Airing and vacuuming the mattress helps to eliminate the smell faster.

The frame is sturdy, beautiful finish and looks lush in my room.
Got an IKEA akrehamn mattress which is lush and very firm. So the combination was perfect for me.
I'd say it's potentially a 2 person job, think the instructions recommend that. I think it was fiddly working out how to add to head wrap but once it's on its lovely. I think I had to loosen the screws a bit to give the slack needed to fit in place.
It's washable but I've not needed to wash it yet. I've had the bed frame for 3 months and see it lasting a long time.
I needed to get low level underbed storage bags, there's plenty of space underneath for storage.
