You get what you pay for!Anonymous reviewerI honestly don’t understand all the good reviews. I bought four of these based on the positive reviews, hoping they’d be good. I started using two of them, and both pumps began leaking within just a week or two, so I’ll be returning the other two.
At this point, I don’t think it’s just a case of being unlucky, especially as both have had exactly the same problem. The pumps feel cheap and poorly made.
The only positive thing I can say is that the glass bottle has a nice wide opening, which makes it easy to refill and clean. Other than that, I’m really disappointed and wouldn’t recommend these.

After using several times, the pump gets stuck and doesn’t automatically come back up itself. Two stars for the glass which shows the soap level. Have another Ikea dispenser in white which came in a set, and that has worked perfectly. So will not keep buying this one in the hope I might get one with a good/working pump.
