Ikea needs to do better in terms of practicality for the price for customers to have a hassle free product utilisation. When asked in stores to ensure there would be screws inside the box, all employees we asked ensured there would be but to our disappointment on opening the package, there were none.2

    What is mirror glass?

    Mirror glass comprises mostly ordinary glass with a reflective coating made of metal. In the past, it was common for the coating to contain lead or mercury, but over time both of these metals have been shown to be harmful to people and the environment. Since 2009, IKEA has had a total ban on using lead or mercury in our mirrors. Instead, silver or aluminium is used to reflect your mirror image.
