Were Brilliant...Now not so much!!!Anonymous reviewerUp until recently when these were Grey Sponge / White scrubbers these were a great product, in fact fantastic compared to other available products. I would have given them 5 stars for everything. One would last at least a week of washing up and did the job really well. The non scratch scrubber side worked well and the softer wiping side was great for counter tops or general cleaning... BUT recently IKEA have changed them and they are now grey scrubbers and a green sponge... They are no longer as good as they were, in fact I have had one that the softer wiping side fell off the sponge after only a day of use, they just fall apart after a couple of days, the grey parts separate from the sponge.. On the older / original versions this 'never' happened, in fact older ones which were relegated to garden cleaning lasted months of intermittent use even being left in buckets of water or exposed to the elements... Please change the design / manufacturing process back to the original product..
Too soft to actually clean anything Anonymous reviewerGot this to wash dishes, but the abrasive side is way softer than it looks and cannot actually do the basics such as tea stains from mugs or spoons. It also doesn't last long and starts to separate after a couple days of use.
Great Price, Great ColourAnonymous reviewerThere are few grey sponges you can buy for the kitchen. These are perfect to match our decor (supermarket ones are bright lemon which stand out too much), very functional (they do not disintegrate with use) and are great value.
