Lights for display cabinetAnonymous reviewerLovely neat lights for the top of our Ikea display cabinet. Give out lovely light but they will NOT stick to the cabinet - they keep falling off. The provided sticky pads are useless. We bought more of our own but they didn’t work either. Have tried magnets which are better but as soon as the lights heat up come unstuck too.

Keeps turning off!Anonymous reviewerThe light works great, fitted inside a billy bookcase so a bit fiddly to cut the back to accommodate wires but looks good. However, the light keeps switching off after about 3 minutes. I can’t see anywhere on the instructions that it should turn off or on unless tapped. Is this faulty or is there a way to change the settings so it stays on?
Good light, sticky pad mounting not fit for purpose.Anonymous reviewerThe light is good, however as others have said, the sticky pad doesn't stay attached to the metal BLÅLIDEN cabinet it is sold with. There is a slight texture to the surface and it will not hold no matter how well you prepare the surface. I glued a small magnet to the back of the light and that works fine. Needs to be sold with a better mounting option.
Stopped workingAnonymous reviewerFitted this light as per the instructions, worked for a few months then just stopped, waste of money. Recommend you spend a little more on a better quality product, won’t be buying more like this.
Great light!Anonymous reviewerFantastic light. And very bright. Touch it gently and it comes on. One problem is that the usb-a port on the charger is on the side, not the bottom, so it doesn't hang down nicely from the socket, it sticks out the side. Very weird. And it's awkward on an extension lead. I have to plug it in on the end, which isn't the end of the world. Or just use my own charger, which I shouldn't have to do, but hey ho. Others complained about the sticky pad not holding the light up. I haven't actually stuck mine up yet, but when I do, I'll just use some Gorilla tape and then job done. The extension lead is super long, which is wonderful! So many items these days skimp on that and offer short cords that are often useless. I appreciate the really long cord (3.5m). Because of that, I can overlook the charger and sticky pad. Those issues are easily fixed, but you can't make a cord longer (especially when it's a proprietary one), so I'm all thumbs-up for this really useful touch light.
The glue stickers not fit for purposeAnonymous reviewerUnfortunately the glue stickers used to attach lights onto surfaces simply do not hold, we've cleaned the top panel of the metal shelf we wanted to use these on and made sure it was dry before using these and unfortunately every other morning we wake up to see they've fallen off.

Absolutely fabulous lightAnonymous reviewerMy partner showed me this light when we were browsing Ikea. I initially wasn’t impressed. But once home, I was amazed. It’s so bright and so easy to use. We use ours as bedroom lights, instead of lamps. They take up no room at all and the very long wire means you can literally use them anywhere. We have ours over our headboard. A little press and you have a good light. I even got another one for my mum, as she has arthritis in her fingers and can’t fiddle with a lamp switch. I would highly recommend these for all types of rooms.

A triumph of design over function.
