Too big and bright, no good as a bedside lampVerified ReviewerI was imagining this was going to be quite a soft gentle lamp to have on my bedside table, but it’s pretty big - would crowd out a bedside table - and with the recommended Solhetta 40W lightbulb it was blindingly bright and not at all restful! The light shines out in stripes around the room and you get a blind spot in your eye from the bulb. Would work well in a lighthouse, haha. I bought two for either side of the bed but will be returning both. 1

Great lamps - just what we wanted!Verified ReviewerWe wanted bedside lamps to complement brass and grey glass wall lights. These are just right. They give a very soft light and make a lovely light pattern due to the ribbed glass.
Everything arrived well-packaged, the assembly instructions were clear and simple and the lights work perfectly. My only slight grumble is that delivery took so long, but these are difficult times and that is a minor issue.5
