Use the top button to turn on and dim the light, and use the bottom button to select the colour
You can decide whether the light should shine upwards or downwards.
The pre-drilled holes in the lamp's feet make it easier if you want to screw one foot to a wall.

After putting it together and cycling through the colours, I am sat delightedly bathed in pale-Shrek green light while I scroll on my phone. This is so much fun and amazing value. I hope it lasts a long time! One quick thing in response to previous reviews. Someone said their lamp became hot after 25mins. I don't think that should happen! Mine has been on for over an hour and the lamp, cord and plug are all cool to touch.
