With homemade soda bread and the dill mustard it really is great - allow to defrost overnight or in an emergency, you can just put it a bowl of water straight from the freezer to speed up. Open for a few minutes before you need it to let the flavour develop.4

What a huge disappointment. Now called cured salmon, the taste and texture are both quite unpleasant and nothing like the original product, unless I was just really unlucky and got a bad package.1
