Now I wake up without any neck pain and it has 2 different shapes for side and back sleepers. If you have any issues with neck pain that’s a great pillow to have.

I no longer use 2 pillows and my migraines ( a long time sufferer) seems to have been reduced as my neck is now in the right position. Get the pillow cases designed for it as a pillow protector. Shame there are not other colours available
