Reviews

Value for moneyAnonymous reviewerWorks perfectly and arms fold in for storage, possibly a little clunky once folded if storing on the back of a door4
space saving winAnonymous reviewerthis small hanger helps me keep my socks and underwear all organised as it dries in a small space5
Pressa clothes hanger.Anonymous reviewerDoes the job 👍5
Great for my socksAnonymous reviewerSplendid hanging solution to air out my socks and to not out them on radiators. Easy fold in and out for storage.5

CuteAnonymous reviewerCute hanging dryer, very sturdy and even fits on my heated indoor drying rack.5
Sock octopusAnonymous reviewerI love these sick octopuses. Handy for all sorts of smalls for drying.5
Replacement pegsAnonymous reviewerI find the pegs get brittle and snap. A replacement bag of a dozen or so would I’m sure be popular. I know they are cheap enough to replace the whole unit but every little helps, “Save the Planet”👍🏻5
Can't get it open!Anonymous reviewerI just bought one of these as it looked useful to add to a big order. However I just can't get it to open despite trying for ages, yesterday and today. There are no instructions on the plastic wrapping and absolutely nothing helpful on the item details on the website. It implies that you hang it up and it works. I have used as much force as I dare and no joy at all. The reviews are all glowing but I think that mine will just go straight into the bin. I don't know what else to do with it. I'm not going to waste any more time on this, I have a bookcase to assemble.1
Great for saving drying spaceAnonymous reviewerI have always got three of these on the go for undies, socks, flannels and dish clothes etc. IKEA ones are so much stronger and better made than any others I have used in the past but are around the same price so it’s a no brainier for me. My original one that is at least 7 years old and one that is about 3 years old each had a broken peg but I just tie wrapped replacement pegs into place as the main body and arms are still like new. This solves the problem of broken pegs and not wanting to throw away a perfectly good item otherwise. They get used on the washing line most days, weather permitting. I also hook them on the indoor clothes horse during the winter or on rainy days. There are usually only 3 peoples laundry now but with a minimum of 1 x dish cloth, 1 x flannel, 1 x cleaning cloth, 2 x make up remover pads plus socks, pants and bras daily the Octopuses certainly earn their keep. 5
How did I live without this?Anonymous reviewerSo handy for hanging pants and socks…but I had to google how to open the octopus legs 🤔 when you know you know!5
Brittle pegsAnonymous reviewerBought one years ago and it is still going strong (well, was until my son dropped it and several pegs popped!) bought a second a couple of years later and that one was not as good - pegs would randomly break just by looking at it. Hoping this new replacement will match my first one in terms of longevity... 3
Excellent looking practical itemAnonymous reviewerLooks great, love the colour. Great value for money.5
Clothes hangerAnonymous reviewerAlready had one of these and bought a second to use Hangs great on the line with plenty of pegs for socks , smalls etc5
Good ideaAnonymous reviewerWorks well. Love how the arms fold up. Would be better if the hook had something that would secure it to the washing line4
Love theseAnonymous reviewerThis is the third one of these I have bought they save space on the washing line I use them for socks and underwear and I have used them for shorts and swim wear5
Great space saver .. very usefulAnonymous reviewerGreat space saver .. very useful To pack away5
The helpful octopusAnonymous reviewerI rely on the octopus as I hang washing on the line to dry. It takes up so little space and saves me pegs. What more can I say?5
Extremely usefulAnonymous reviewerThis is the second “spider dryer” I have bought from Ikea. They are really useful for drying small articles of clothing and cleverly designed to hold lots of washing whilst not taking up too much space. Highly recommended.5
ReplacementAnonymous reviewerReplacement for one dropped while opened. Makes hanging out socks so much easier.5
