Good to know

This plant is sensitive to dry surroundings. This may be the cause if the leaves start to fall off.

Give your plants a boost with fertiliser every month. If you notice that the plant has gone dormant - let it be until next season.

IKEA provides all potted plants with nutrient-rich soil, repotting is not needed until 1 year after purchase.

Remove dust every now and then to allow the plant to get as much light as possible.

Really offensive smellAnonymous reviewerWe bought this plant today as it was so attractive and we wanted it for our sons bedroom however as soon as we got it in the car to take home we realised we’d made a mistake. The plant smells awful! It has a really strong odour, really unpleasant. It would be fine as an outdoor plant but definitely not inside. We immediately returned to the store to ask for a refund as there is no way we could keep it however IKEAS policy is that no plants can be returned even after half an hour. Thanks IKEA! Great customer service £12 down the drain. 1
