Good to know

This plant is sensitive to dry surroundings. This may be the cause if the leaves start to fall off.

Give your plants a boost with fertiliser every month. If you notice that the plant has gone dormant - let it be until next season.

IKEA provides all potted plants with nutrient-rich soil, repotting is not needed until 1 year after purchase.

Remove dust every now and then to allow the plant to get as much light as possible.

Pot's Paint Comes off with Label, Nice Plant though. Anonymous reviewerThe pot is not glazed but spray-painted, and the paint has poor adhesion to the terracotta pot. Therefore, the paint comes off when you remove the Ikea label. The plant looks great, but time will tell how long it survives. Recommend purchasing as a plant alone and treat the pot as part of the packaging. 3

Plant great, pot not so greatAnonymous reviewerThe plant itself is lovely and imo was very good value. However when I peeled the label off, the glue was that strong that a big chunk of glaze came off the pot with it😭. I should add this was the black pot. Maybe consider putting the care instruction label on the inner plastic pot rather than the outer ceramic pot? Would include a photo but there's no option to do that😞3
