This multi-purpose stool works as a seat, side table or bedside table. The storage space underneath keeps things like magazines or your knitting kit handy and the cut-out handle makes it easy to move.

Product details

Place this sturdy wooden stool with storage by the dining table, in the bedroom as a bedside table or where you need an extra seat. The storage space lets you utilise your space in the best way.

The cut-out handle on the top makes it easy to move the stool to where you need it.

To organise the storage space underneath, complete with LURPASSA box with lid, set of 2, KUGGIS box with lid 18x26x8 cm, TJENA storage box with lid 18x25x15 cm or BAXNA organiser 20x26x10 cm.

Made of sustainably sourced pine, a wood species with lots of natural character, with varying grain patterns and colour shifts, giving each stool a unique look.

The untreated wood is beautiful as it is, but can also be personalised with a coat or two of paint in your favourite colour.

Wipe dry with a clean cloth.

Stains can be removed by using an eraser, fine sandpaper, soap, dishwashing detergent or paint thinner.

Can be treated with oil, wax, lacquer or glazing paint for higher resistance and easy care.

For increased stability, re-tighten the screws about two weeks after assembly and when necessary.

Great little stool with storageAnonymous reviewerI bought this stool to sit by my back door to put our gardening shoes in and as a place to sit while removing our slippers. It is really sturdy when made. I stained ours a teak colour before putting it together to make the colour process easier. My only minor issue was that I had to sand down and re stain one of the bits of wood as there were areas where the stain didn’t take, making it not look great on a bit of the wood that could easily been seen. Re sanding and staining it did the trick and it looks great now. I think staining or painting before you put it together makes it look much more expensive and gives a more professional finish. 4

"When designing PERJOHAN stool and bench with storage we wanted to make smart furniture pieces that would serve a purpose even when they’re not being sat on - something clever for small living spaces. We used the space underneath for storage and adapted the design so they could multi-task as side tables. The cut-out handle and light-weight wood make them easy to move around. We hope people will find that these are the must-haves they’ve been lacking in their homes."
