It wasn't huge fun to put together as the instructions were useless. The black stoppers have to go in a certain way but it's not clear.
I've not been able to use the 4th shelf, I'm not sure if that's my incompetence or the product's. It's also slightly over 25cm.2

HOW TO JOIN 2 SHELVES TOGETHERAnonymous reviewerIf, like me, you bought this and were surprised that there’s two shelves. Then you assemble both shelves as instructed and think it’s weird that they don’t fit together thereby questioning if you’d bought the right thing. TO JOIN THE SHELVES TOGETHER don’t put the black foot pieces on the bottoms of the top/second shelf; this allows you to slot the top self onto the bottom shelf. Also you can work out and space the shelves anywhere along the poles. 4

Also useful to store IKEA SOCKERBIT tubs with and without lids. The unit was very easy to put together and you can adjust the heights of the shelves.5

Not What I Paid ForAnonymous reviewerIkea just essentially ships 2 of the smaller shelves, and you’re just supposed to figure out how to securely get them to stay stacked together. 2 boxes, 2 shelves, no connecting pieces for the 2 units to securely stay together. I used glue. The shelves DO bow up a bit, as one other reviewer had mentioned. Not impressed, really. I know ikea is known for its hard to understand instructions, but come on! 3

I actually use it upside down 🙃 and it works perfectly for holding cups, canisters and condiments for cooking with.
I also love that you can decide how much space is in between each shelf…IKEA to the rescue once again! ☺️5
