Nice idea but not good in practiceAnonymous reviewerA good idea, esp for this price, but in practice these are very difficult to use and I would have considered other options if I'd known.
To set the height of these legs you have to get the leg to the desired length, then twist them to lock them. However you need to hold them incredibly still while twisting to lock so they don't shift in height. Since you're twisting them, holding them still is very difficult.
Then as you twist to lock them they lose height, probably about 5-8mm. So you have to make sure you twist them all the exact same amount, don't overdo any one leg or your desk will be lopsided.
Then if you finish your desk and find one leg is lopsided by a couple mm, you can't simply untwist it to redo the height without disassembling the desk to try again, because the leg has to gain 5-8mm to unlock, and the floor is in the way.
I'm going to 3d print shims to level the legs up, but I would have considered a totally different desk setup if I'd known it would be like this.3

GoodAnonymous reviewerbought as I needed table legs no higher than 60cm. They do this job perfectly however I would have preferred for the legs to be straight and not taper at the end. I understand that they would have to when extended but I have them on the minimum setting.4
Sanity CheckAnonymous reviewerBought as I need a lower desk, and this is the only budget option for something less than 70cm. The table is wobbly when pushed against but so was ADILS so it's fair. Installation was a headache - you turn these to lock them them and they will sink in a little as you tighten them, and remember you need to keep 4 of them the same length for a non-lopsided desk. Made mine level eventually but if these ever sinks over time I may just go completely insane.4

These adjustable legs are rubbishAnonymous reviewerThese adjustable legs are not up to IKEA's usual standard. They keep 'shrinking' down every time a little pressure is added to them. It is impossible to fix them to the required height and have them stay in place. I have had to replace them as the desk was sagging as a result. I would not recommend this product to any one.

I'm going to have to replace them with the fixed ones because I'm spending too much time on my hands and knees trying to get the desk level.3
