Missing parts, extra return costs, no customer supportAnonymous reviewerSpent 1 hour 25 minutes assembling this lampshade, only to find that 3 parts were missing from the box. I then had to spend another 30 minutes dismantling it so it could be returned. IKEA offered collection only for an additional £25, so I have to return it in person instead. I also tried calling customer service, but no one answered. Very poor quality control and an extremely frustrating experience.
