A stable construction in solid wood and hardwood veneer that makes each table unique, with varying grain patterns and natural colour shifts that are part of the charm of wood.
The 4-seat table can easily be extended into a 6-seat table using the included self-storing leaves.
Designed for a perfect match with NORDVIKEN chairs. SKOGSTA and BERGMUND chairs are also good matches with different style expressions.
The self-storing leaves are easy to insert to extend the table from 4 to 6 and just as easy to remove and tuck away under the table top when your guests have gone home.

As they are going into solid wood this made the task incredibly difficult. A good item but a bit of sloppiness on Ikea's part made this not a pleasurable experience to put together.

The assembly appeared daunting but we took our time and followed the instructions carefully (power tools not needed) and it went together well. We’re very pleased.

Nordviken - Good ValueAnonymous reviewerThis a solid and good quality table. Excellent value compared to other furniture outlets. The extensions (leaves) are easy to store and add into each end. Table assembly is straightforward and will need a second set of hands to help lift and flip it when done. The table is very heavy, and quite large (something to keep in mind for smaller homes).
Gap through the middle Anonymous reviewerThe table isn't a built in extendable as the extended part is fully removed and put under the table, there is also vertical gap thelat goes all the through the table that should really be there if the table isn't extendable from within.
Your also not able to fit chairs on the ends due to the way the table legs are made.
