DisappointingVerified ReviewerRubbish. I bought it in mid-September, two months later it stopped working completely. It'd never worked properly in the first place but after a lot of fiddling I had been able to make it work. Well, not any more. Unlike one of the lamps that I've now had for nearly a year and whose charging pad still works seamlessly. Such a waste of money :(1

Nice looking but not very functionalVerified ReviewerThis product was quite disappointing. It surely looked very well on a desk and it is convenient for charging phone. However, most of the time it takes a while to place phone in the right positions and it suddenly stops charging. Besides, charging takes very long on my phone. I think this product is not worth the price which I don't consider cheap for how it works.2

Did not workVerified ReviewerI took it home and plugged it in. It worked for 5 minutes and then hasn’t worked since. I did all the things that Apple tell you to do….update your IOS, turn it off and on again, hard restart…. But still nothing. Very upset with it.1

Very disappointingVerified ReviewerI have taken this back to the store once already (after 2 weeks) and was told to keep trying as it is fiddly. I have to keep moving the phones to find the spot that allows the charging to take place which is ridiculous! Once it finds that spot it shows the phone is charging for about 5 seconds then stops so you have to move the phone around again. I will be making the 40 mile journey (again) to return this product and get my money back as I have lost confidence in it and can’t afford to keep going back and fore to get told “keep trying”. Very disappointed1
