I love it Anonymous reviewerI love my table is very comfortable and really easy to assemble. Now it looks so nice in my small flat. Highly recommend.

Useful unit at this reduced priceAnonymous reviewerWell made, solid and a great adaptable size for a small kitchen. Reminds me of a traditional Pembroke table. Lots of drawers for kitchen utensils and cutlery. Very pleased with it.5
Versatile tableAnonymous reviewerWe have had our table for many years and love its flexibility and design - drawers hold coasters, serviettes, etc and the table is useful in all of its permutations. My only reason for not giving it 5 stars is its weight. It is a chunky beast and difficult to move single-handed. A lighter version would be just perfect. 4
Solid table, right priceAnonymous reviewerTook 2 of us well under an hour to put together. Very heavy and solid feeling, which is great until you want to move it around. The drawers slide nicely into their slots. Looks good, if a little basic. Very pale colour.4
Excellent dining table Anonymous reviewerNeed small space very nice design build strong 5
Pleasantly surprised with the qualityAnonymous reviewerBought for my Mother who was replacing an old pine table. I worried, after ordering, that she would be disappointed and the product may be quite flimsy. Table is very sturdy, relatively easy to build up and useful storage in the drawers. 5
About 20 years old and still going strong!Anonymous reviewerMy table is now in it's second city and third house and it is as good as new. It is indestructible. The best purchase I ever made. I cannot remember what it cost, but it was definitely worth it. Reading the comments about the difficulty in assembling, I have no memory of this, but perhaps in those days it was ready assembled. It is both a plus and a minus that it is so sturdy, as it is also mega heavy. I thought mine was pine, but it may be birch. Despite years of daily use and having been stood on occasionally, the top remains completely unmarked. It was my first ever Ikea purchase and I reckon will be a life time item. Thoroughly recommend.5
DROP LEAF TABLEAnonymous reviewerWE LOOKED ONLINE THEN VISITED IKEA AND THE NORDEN TABLE WAS STRONG AND SOLID AS DESCRIBED. Gateleg tableAnonymous reviewerLove the table, very sturdy for sewing machine would of liked it bit higher with castors tho for versatility, maybe ikea could make this as an a separate optional to buy, for all us sewing people. I'd definitely buy it!5

Fantastic Anonymous reviewerLove the table and chairs was so easy to put together 5
Folding tableAnonymous reviewerVery solid and sturdy gate leg table ideal for rooms with little space the six drawers are a absolute bonus easy to assemble but would recommend a electric screwdriver as there are plenty of screws also you may need a little help as it is quite heavy when fully assembled overall a great table 5
Neat folding tableAnonymous reviewerPerfect for my tiny dining room - 5
Solid and space saving Anonymous reviewerGood looking sturdy table. Drawers are very handy and deep. Used for Christmas dinner with family, then folded away neatly. Table assembly was easy but needed 2 pairs of hands for the drawers 5
Gateleg Table Anonymous reviewerA lovely practical dinning/occasional
table that folds away when not required, ideal if space is short.
Well designed and well made. 5
Wrong description Anonymous reviewerVery difficult to assemble. Heavy item. 100 kg. 1
Great table, but horrible to assembleAnonymous reviewerAs someone else mentioned, the pegs are hard to get in, but worst were the 42 black screws to fasten the hinges and the metal bar at the top. They would not go in straight, and were really, really hard to screw in. I did not manage to get them all fully screwed down, had to leave some as they just would not move any further. They don't strip, luckily, or it would have been impossible, so it's not the screws, but the holes that are the problem, I think. It took me over an hour to get most of the 16 screws for the hinges most of the way in, as I kept coming back to them when my hand had recovered a bit.
You need quite a large area for assembly, as you have to be able lay the whole top out flat.
The table is nice and compact when folded down, and heavy duty. But hard to move due to this. And it's not fully stable when folded, I found, at least not on thick carpet. It's probably not an issue on hard floors.
I like it now it's put together, but it was hard work..
