The only way to return is to go to the store, I purchased online f9r home delivery because I am not very mobile and getting to the store which is miles away is impossible. This is very poor policy from ikea. Very disappointing.1

Not what I hoped for.Anonymous reviewerI’m not a very restless sleeper, I am usually more or less in the same position when I awake as when I fell asleep. This pad is very comfortable but it moves both sideways and from top to bottom and creates a little slide at the edge of the bed and a few times I’ve nearly slid off. The fitted sheet struggles to contain it.
Earlier in the year I bought a cheap mattress topper for a single guest bed from a different supplier. It had diagonal elastic straps at the corners that fitted under the mattress and held it place. For £129.00 that’s the least I would have expected. I’m still using it but I have to reposition it almost every night. Annoyed and disappointed.2
