I'd have given it 5 stars but within a month it had been knocked against a wall and the shades shattered, there was glass everywhere. It wasn't even a hard knock so they do seem to be particularly fragile despite the thickness of the glass. They have part numbers so I hoped to be able to buy replacements but unfortunately that's not the case. Such a waste as the lamp is otherwise new. While I was at customer services someone else was returning one, also with shattered shades. Maybe that's what I should have done.3
