The cost was less than half of what I would have had to pay to replace my broken hob. I can use any pan on any of the rings irrespective of the size of the pan. Heats up quickly and temperature reduces quickly when turned down. Absolutely delighted with this hob.5

Induction hobAnonymous reviewerHaving replaced a gas boiler with a air source heat pump and added 12 PV cells to the roof I wished to become "all electric". I thefore searched for an induction hob that would fit the hole left by the old gas hob - this fitted perfectly!5

Glass split for no reasonAnonymous reviewerHad mine for 2 and half years always been really pleased with it until tonight halfway through a meal when we got an error message, and close inspection found cracks in the glass! Website says 5 year guarantee, I hope the honour that, otherwise it is not worth the paper it is written on1
Very pleased Anonymous reviewer I had a single burner induction hob for years until as part of an attempt to lower my energy consumption I bought the Matmassig. It looks amazing and I enjoy using it. There is lots to learn for example just which setting to use for which job. 7 is best for my expresso coffee pot. Occasionally it turns itself off. I know this is my mistake but I don’t know what I did wrong yet, I shall find out. 4
Great product great price Anonymous reviewerBought this on the recommendation of the Which consumer magazine which after testing recommended it as a “best buy” and I am not disappointed. Really great price for such a good hob. I have Le Creuset pans which are of course very heavy; not at all scratched the hob. It can boil a pan from cold faster than the kettle and on boost cooks a pan of beans faster than a microwave. Had professionally installed buy instructions very straight forward. Definitely would recommend. 5
Excellent induction hobAnonymous reviewerI bought the Matmassig hob on the recommendation of Consumers Association. It is simple to use, has useful facilities such as timer and set temperature . The timer switches the hob off, which prevents burning of food. Highly recommended.5

Easy to use and cleanAnonymous reviewerGood value . Heat seems to be instant. Electrician said they could have left a bit more room for wiring. He used a flexible round cable. Faint buzzing when some of the rings are on, not sure why?5

glass splitAnonymous reviewerglass on hob split in two they wont replace it. The faulty product is in warranty but they have small print that covers them because they know its a terrible product. I feel ripped of by electrolux and IKEA1
