Comfy and good sizeT BirdWe were expecting visitors to stay over for three nights , we purchased lycksele mattress , but as we unwrapped it we realised I it had a large split , I would have stitched it , but the seam had completely come away on one side, so there was no fabric to stitch into . We wrapped it back up stored it away , we did not want to use it in case we were not allowed to return it used . Meanwhile we had to purchase a mattress from a different store for our guests to sleep on . Returned to ikea store two days later for refund3

Good Quality MattressCatherineRowenNeeded a sofa bed that would put up with being used for a few weeks non stop. I researched many and the IKEA LYCKSELE came out top. It's very comfortable. I bought the mid priced mattress, however, I do wish I had bought the mattress with a topper for the extra support, but I can get one seperately which is great. Good quality, doesn't flatten like many do.4
Strong musty, chemical smell after one weekMarcauI bought this product one week ago. It has a strong musty, chemical smell to it. We put it in a room with windows & door open. Still smells. Called the store today and was told it was the fire retardant they use and to put it outdoors. Said to the customer rep that I think this product should come with a warning about the smell and what to do about it. We bought it for guests coming at the weekend and they did not like the smell. Thought we had damp in the room! Bed itself is comfortable so no complaints there but cannot recommend due to smell.2

excellent product for old foldable guest bedTina10I bought this mattress to go onto a very old foldable guest bed and it fitted perfectly. The frame was still very good, but the mattress had gone. this mattress is perfect for the job. Very comfortable to sleep on, even permanently. We have the double sofa bed with the same mattress as our main bed and love it.5
