Too Big for All the Cot Duvet Covers!JillieeHaving bought a cot and two duvet cover sets - Ikea doesn't actually sell a duvet that fits inside. Cannot find a single manufacturer that does sell a duvet that fits inside Ikea duvet covers1
Great cot duvetMoosefr87This quilt is the perfect size for a cot: it’s smaller than normal kids’ quilt but ideal for my toddler who’s still in his cot. Tog is quite light but my child gets rather warm at night so it’s perfect. Goes well with Ikea bed sets.5

Material

What is lyocell?

Lyocell is a strong and silky-smooth fibre made of cellulose from wood pulp. The soft lyocell fibre is good at absorbing moisture while feeling cool against the skin. That’s why we like to use it for bed linens and as a filling in pillows and duvets to give you a good night's sleep. And just as with any other wood raw material, we strive to use it as smartly and efficiently as possible to avoid waste. This way, every tree is put to good use that little extra.

Function solution

A suitable temperature for a child's sleeping environment is 16-24°C (61-75°F). Some factors that may affect the temperature under the duvet are climate, room/body temperature and amount of garments. The examples below are just a guide for how you can dress your child at different room temperatures with a duvet that has a TOG value of 3.5: At 18-20°C (64-69°F) – short-sleeved onesie. At 16-18°C (61-64°F) – long-sleeved onesie.
