Apple is in so many products because it's so high in natural sugars, better than processed sugar but still sugar. It dominates here but at least you know that from the packaging when buying, so many products bury apple as the main ingredient often leaving it out of the title description altogether even when it's the main ingredient. This doesn't do that here, which is refreshing! If you like apple you will like this, if you prefer your smoothies on the sharper side, pick another drink!
