Worst sofa everAnonymous reviewerThis is the most uncomfortable sofa I have ever owned. It is less than 6 months old and the covers are ruined from minor spills that should be able to be wiped away. This isn’t helped by the fact the cushion covers can’t be taken off. A complete waste of money

Very poor quality Anonymous reviewerI went against reviews that stated the chaise cushion was thin on the seat end and ordered anyway. The chaise felt thin and flimsy and clearly would have shown depression quickly at the seat end. The frame was also broken and I was shocked to see supporting battons held together with thin nails . I have returned the item. The corner sofa I now have feels so much heavier and robust also the cushions are thicker and the velvet fabric is better quality .It was also 250 pounds cheaper

Impossible to cleanAnonymous reviewerDue to the ridiculous way in which this sofa was put together, it is simply impossible to remove the covers to clean. We have had this sofa 9 months and it has become mishaped and frayed around the arm rests, and the cushions dirty but unable to wash at all. Why even bother providing a zip to the cushions when they cannont be washed!

It started dipping quite soon after we got it and we are a slim family.
The cushion on the chaise is a lot thinner towards back where you sit so that could be a reason why it dips but I'm not happy with purchase I'm afraid to say.

Non-removable covers and terrible cushionsAnonymous reviewerThe chaise part of the sofa is very uncomfortable. It looks like they have made the frame thicker and the cushion slopes to it's thinnest point at the back of chaise. To save money? Which resulted in a big saggy hole where you sit within 3 months of purchase. Now a year later it is totally uncomfortable. The covers aren't removable either and my sofa looks l got it off the street because of a few small stains that nothing can get out. My 10 year old Karlstad still has firm cushions, removeable covers, and looks MUCH newer than this sofa.

Luckily this came in two boxes so the tight space was no problem, and we’re really happy with the look at feel of the sofa. It is firm but very comfortable and loads of space to spread out.
