Cleaning & washingAnonymous reviewerYou can not take covers off to wash so I had to buy a cleaner to wash the sofa leaves stains and marks very quickly …. It’s ok the sofa and is comfortable but the price is very high in fact it’s increased over 4 years and it’s not worth for the price

Firm but comfortable to sit on, beautiful colour and the fabric in this colour way looks more expensive than it was. They clean fantastically. Having moved we now have one in a summer house, where it’s perfect and the 3 seater makes a great spare single bed with the back cushions removed in a spare room. We’ve had them for three years now and they’re probably in better shape than an expensive sofa I bought more recently for my sitting room.
Looks good, but sore butt! Hard to clean. Anonymous reviewerEasy to assemble, looks good, but after a couple of hours of sitting on it, your butt starts to hurt which makes it really uncomfortable. OK for occasional seating if you are not using it for a main sofa, but after 3 years of having it, I'm already looking for something else to relax on in the evenings. We got the chaise too, but unfortunately it has also started to sag - we don't even use that part as much. The sofa is also really quite hard to clean. BRING BACK THE STOCKSUND SOFA SERIES.

Can’t cleanAnonymous reviewerWe purshased 2 of this sofa about 2,5 years ago I’ve been happy in the beginning the a few months ago I had to clean some stain made by kids hands and feet . I thought covers are removable but found out they’re not even with zips . So tried the sofa and carpet washer but the problem is the fabric quality is decreasing after using the washer a few times and became hard to clean. Does any body know how to clean it please ?

deceptive guaranteeAnonymous reviewerI bought the yellow fabric version of this sofa for over £700. It's nice looking. However, as many have said, the cushions are very poor quality: they sink in the middle (by about 3 inches), can't be turned or fluffed up, and cause back ache as they have neither support nor 'give'. I sent photos and much info to IKEA in many emails but there is a refusal to accept anything is wrong -- despite other reviewers stating a similar manufacturing/ design/ quality fault. It may be the cushions are now better made (I hope so) but be wary of the IKEA Guarantee as only they decide, from a photo, if a claim is valid, so it's easy to dismiss a customer's complaint. Very disappointing service, and a bad way to treat a customer of many, many years.

really disappointed with this setAnonymous reviewerI purchased this Sofa a good few years ago. After a few years in I contacted IKEA with concern over the stitching on the leather seams. Someone came out to visit and had a look and advised it was just wear and tear on the fabric and not the stitching and it would not burst. Well now I have a big gaping whole where he inspected and advised it was not the stitching. My sofa is also suffering from the same as others have mentioned around the arms sagging. I purchased the 3 seater/armchair and footstool so was not exactly cheap. It looks awful now. I do not recommend this sofa

Don’t buy - extremely poor qualityAnonymous reviewerWe purchased a landskrona sofa and chair/stool in December 2022, six months later we noticed the quality decreasing significantly. The sofa became extremely uncomfortable and offered absolutely no support, instead it caused back pain. The cushions sagged so much you could feel the metal beam underneath. We got in touch with Ikea and were able to obtain a refund, but please beware! This sofa is awful. Don’t buy it!

- Yes, the demo sofa in store was less supportive where customers had sat on one side (so I swapped to the unused cushion - my new ones are as firm as that). Even at this price I have to take half a star off (but will just swap over the girlfriend's cushion in 6 months ;)
- If you can move a sofa carcass around then don't pay £31 to TaskRabbit to screw the legs in and put the cushions on (these days the cushions arrive with the covers already on!!! - problem I wanted an expert to deal with solved).

Unhelpful serviceAnonymous reviewerI have purchased the green velvet 3 seater and 2 seater nearly 5 weeks ago. First they have changed the delivery date without informing us. The products we finally delivered on 5th of November, I have noticed a price reduction on both sofas on 6th of November and contacted the customer services to pay the difference back as per their price protection policy. They rejected my request and said I can return the product by paying £25 for delivery. I agreed to return them and said they packaging is thorn to pieces and it was thrown away, they said it wouldn’t be a problem. The goods were supposed to be picked up today and again no show. We contacted them ans they are now saying the store might not fully refund our money as the original packaging is missing. I am also worried about the comments regarding the sagging issue on the sides. I wanted to return the sofa one day after delivery but now 2 weeks later been left with no solition.
Surprisingly poor quality from IKEAAnonymous reviewerWe bought this couch around 12 months ago and as others have mentioned here the cushions on the arms have sagged and become misshapen. We have also noticed a lot of wear on the bottom cushions, heavy bobbling etc through light use. We are 2 relatively light adults and this isn't our main couch as it is located in our kitchen/dining area. On the plus side it is a nice looking couch especially in the light green colour, very comfortable but for the cost it is a surprisingly poor quality item from IKEA. Not up to their usual standards.
