Poor qualityAnonymous reviewerWorked fine for a few months, then the screws provided to attach the hooks to the wood lost their thread. Only had two light raincoats hung on it, but the whole hook fell off. Cannot reattach because the screws just turn and turn and won’t bite.
Tried to report to customer services for a replacement but don’t have the receipt so no help there.
I’d recommend spending more money on something that will last longer.
