The table top is made of board-on-frame, a strong and lightweight material.
The plywood-patterned edge band adds to the quality feel.
Pre-drilled holes in the table top make it easier to attach the legs.
The cut-out handles not only add character to the drawer unit, they also make it easy for you to grip and open the drawers.
You can place the desk in the middle of the room if you like – it looks just as nice from all sides.

Very pleased with the quality and sturdiness of the desk. Only tricky part of assembly was aligning the drawers with the desktop holes - I used thin nails to align 2 holes, taped the nails in place then inserted the screws. Desk looks great.
Nice desk, confusing instructions Anonymous reviewerThe desk itself is very nice and sturdy. However, it was difficult to get the runners in the right place to screw them to the draws. Very difficult to attach the top of the desk to the draws, not easy to line the holes up. Had to watch a YouTube video in the end.
