Reviews
Needs replaced after 12 monthsAnonymous reviewerProduct seemed great but unfortunately after a year the seat has started peeling and cracked in places meaning I need to replace. Disappointing for the price point as it is on the more expensive side.
Missing bolt & off white colourAnonymous reviewerPack was missing a bolt and as the previous seat was broken I now don’t have a toilet seat until I can buy one from elsewhere or get all the way back to Ikea. Great.
Also colour is a few shades darker of the current bathroom which is 15 years old so not bright white, so the toilet seat looks cream in colour.
ExcellentAnonymous reviewerIts a toilet seat so what can you say really?? As it is, very pleased. Easy to instal and quality appears to be good.
ComfyAnonymous reviewerIt sits perfectly, doesn't get too cold as it's wood. It's quite comfy.
toilet seatAnonymous reviewerreally good product very good quality
Looks great before the fibre expandsAnonymous reviewerLooks great before the fibre expands but even with minor moisture exposure, after 1 year both of our toilet seats have peeled, cracked and expanded due to being made from fibre particles.
It absorbs water and breaks from insideAnonymous reviewerOnly bought it about a year ago and now it's broken, don"t know what happened, either coating got chipped, or the water came thought a seam, but the seat puffed up at one place, absorbed water in, and the seat cracked from inside. The material holds water, would be better if the seat on toilet was made fully from waterproof materials
EXCELLENTAnonymous reviewerIs the best toilet seat on the market by far. Excellent.
Easy to fitAnonymous reviewerA re-purchase after around 5/6 years, easy to install.
Ikea toilet seat-KULLARNAAnonymous reviewerVery pleased with the toilet seat. Very good fittings and easy to fit so bought 2 more!
ExcellentAnonymous reviewerThis Toilet seat is fabulous. I would highly recommend it.
Toilet seatAnonymous reviewerVery easy to put together
Good qualityAnonymous reviewerGood quality - easy to install - looks great
Second one now crackedAnonymous reviewerI love the look of these. They look expensive. They’re easy to fit, comfortable and should be sturdy. This is the second one we have had. The first one cracked after three months. I thought it was just a dud so I bought a new one. A year on and it’s cracked as well. Only two of us using it and we have another loo so we don’t even always use it. Very disappointed.
Poor quality chrome fittingsAnonymous reviewerI've bought three of these toilet seats over a period of a few years and in each and every case the chrome fittings deteriorates. The chrome becomes pitted and ugly. They're probably manufactured in China and they are, essentially, rubbish. I'd rather pay more and know that the manufacture is of decent quality.. Avoid
Toilet seatAnonymous reviewerPerfect the best toilet seat
Poor qualityAnonymous reviewerI’ve had three of these and the same has happened to each, exposed to the moist air above toilet water the wood splits as the paint doesn’t seal the wood properly
Sitting in KomfortAnonymous reviewerGood quality. Comfortable. Concise simple installation instructions. Not the cheapest but good value.
Great quality and easy to fitAnonymous reviewerGood sturdy item easy to fit and works well
AmazingAnonymous reviewerThis was my third time changing the toilet seat as every time I place one it brakes. But this one is solid and really pretty I love it.

What is fibreboard?
Fibreboard is a stable and durable material made of leftover wood from the wood industry. A durable outer layer of paint or laminate is added to the board. The difference between various types of fibreboards, such as HDF and MDF, is mainly the thickness, yet also how impact-resistant they are. This determines if we will use them for bed frames, sofa frames, kitchen fronts, wardrobe doors, or something completely different.
